Team Building at Calleva

Teamwork makes the dream work! Our middle schoolers worked together in small groups to hone their team building skills and challenge themselves with Calleva in McLean, Virginia. Students supported each other as they belayed a massive 90 foot climbing tree, solved seemingly impossible puzzles at “Think Tank”, and ziplined through the extensive forest at light speed ! Throughout the challenges, students were tasked with communicating thoroughly and efficiently, using their growth mindset to build resilience and learn from mistakes, and, above all, ensuring everyone was safe and having fun!
